El Qhapaq Ñan también conocido como El Camino Principal Andino, fue la columna vertebral del poder político y económico del Imperio Inca. La red de caminos de más de 23000 km de largo conectaba varios centros de producción, administrativos y ceremoniales construidos en más de 2000 años de cultura andina pre-inca. Conecta los países Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador y Perú.

A lovely day with Willy as tour guide. We had some very interesting visits at Taquile and the floating island with lots of information and also many good talks about daily life at the islands and in Peru in general.
The lunch buffet was very delicate and served with the best view of the Titicaca. Thank you to Willy, the crew at the boat and the cook.
